Wonderful recipe of sesame cashew bar.
Sesame seeds are tiny, edible, oil-rich seeds that grow in pods on plant. This seeds are used in different dishes in limited amount and they can be eaten raw as well as roasted.
Sesame seeds are Alkaline, so better than intake of acidic foods. There is more protein in handful of sesame seeds. You can make sesame seeds milk too, when mix with coconut milk , good for babies and kids. Even this is super supplement for them who don’t consume milk and milk products.
Sesame seeds are especially rich in nutrients vital to bone health, including calcium. Soaking, roasting, or sprouting sesame seeds can improve absorption of these minerals.
In this simple quick recipe of sesame cashew bar We have used roasted sesame seeds along with cashew nuts which are also good source of protein and antioxidants and no cholesterol. Little jaggery has been added in this bar.
INGREDIENTS FOR SESAME CASHEW BAR
- 1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
- 15 cashew nuts Soaked over night
- 1 tbsp organic jaggery

- 1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
- 15 cashew nuts Soaked over night
- 1 tbsp organic jaggery
Instructions
- Roast sesame seeds in a pan at medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Once it is cool down mix it with soaked and drained cashew nuts and grind them together.
- Now take this mixture in a bowl, add jaggery and mix well.
- Give a shape (round/ ball /square bar) to this mixture as per your choice. Your healthy nutritious bar is ready to eat.
