Smoothie is a good combination of fruits, veggies with milk products or without milk products.

Mango Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup mango pieces frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple pieces frozen
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger grated
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in blender, Blend it until smooth.
- Serve it in a glass.
