Palak Dal with Pudina

Palak dal recipe foodymania

Palak Pudina Dal is a yummy and healthy recipe for you from foodymania.

You can give this recipe a name as a mix lentil green soup. I have taken here Split Black gram (Urad dal), Split Chickpeas (Chana Dal) and Moong dal along with Spinach.

Urad dal, like any other member of the legume family supplies high amounts of protein and other nutrients. Urad dal may be useful in managing bloating/gas due to its laxative property, But it should be taken in small quantity because of it’s heavy nature, it takes more time to digest. So here we have added mint leaves in this recipe which helps in digestion. Chana dal and moong dal are good source of protein too.

Spinach is low in carbs but high in insoluble fiber. This type of fiber may benefit your digestion. This bowl full of dal is power packed for digestive system.

You can have it with roti or rice or have it like soup .
