Baked Potato Wedges

Baked potato wedges are really tasty.

Potatoes are roots of the plant which we use in our meals. They are starchy so can be used for thicken the soups or other food. Potatoes’ native is South America. Nowadays there are varieties of potatoes grown worldwide.

They’re generally eaten boiled, baked, or fried and frequently served as a side dish or snack. Common potato-based foods and food products include french fries, potato chips, and potato flour. Here we have Baked potato Wedges in Oven and given new look to potatoes.

Potatoes are full of carbs and it’s high fiber vegetable. It has small amount of sugar compounds like glucose sucrose and fructose. You might have taste it little sweet. So never use artificial sweetener in any of the dishes made out of Potatoes.

INGREDIENTS FOR BAKED POTATO WEDGES

  • 3 big potatoes cut unpeeled potatoes lengthwise like french fries
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste

Ingredients
  

  • 3 big potatoes cut unpeeled potatoes lengthwise like french fries
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut Potatoes lengthwise should be medium thick strips.
  • Take them in a bowl and add olive oil into it. Mix well.
  • Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and mix well.. Keep it aside.
  • In one bowl mix all the spices and salt together. If You are having these wedges during fasting then take only paprika/black pepper and salt.
  • Add this mixture of spices in cut potatoes wedges and mix well.
  • Arrange potato wedges by keeping little distance in between in greased baking tray / baking tray covered with foil so your wedges don't stick to the tray.
  • Put a tray in pre-heat oven at 400* F/200* C for 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot with Ketchup and cheese dip.
