It’s really quick and easy delicious dish.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup besan
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- 500 ml curd blended
For garnishing:
- chili powder
- cumin powder
- tamarind chutney and coriander leaves

Dahi Pakodi
Ingredients
- 1 cup besan
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- 500 ml curd blended
For garnishing:
- chili powder
- cumin powder
- tamarind chutney and coriander leaves
Instructions
- Mix both the flour, add cooking soda, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add water into above mixture and prepare batter for pakora.
- Deep fry the pakoras and drain them on kitchen paper.
- Put pakoras into big bowl full of warm water. After 7-8 minutes remove from water. Press it gently and drain access water.
- Arrange 5 pakoris in a serving plate. Pour blended curd on it , sprinkle cumin and chili powder, salt to taste and tamarind chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves.
