Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp Oil/butter
- 3 onion finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Carrot roughly chopped
- 600 ml dark vegetable stock
- some seeds parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- Recipe for dark Vegetable stockHeat the oil and add 1 grated potato, 1 grated carrot,10finely chopped French beans and 2 finely chopped tomatoes and fry them untilwell browned. Add water and boil it till you have 3 cups of stock remaining .Now strain it and keep it aside.
- Recipe for the onion soup1. Heat the oil in a vessel and add the crushed garlic and chopped onions. Fry it till its pale in colour .2. Add carrot pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes.3. Add vegetable stock.4. Add salt and fresh cinnamon powder as per taste.5. Boil it for 5-7 minutes6. Serve it hot in a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and the sesame seeds.
