Smoothie is a good combination of fruits, veggies with milk products or without milk products.

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup mango pieces frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple pieces frozen
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger grated


  • Put all ingredients together in blender, Blend it until smooth.
  • Serve it in a glass.
