Instructions
Boil milk in a thick bottom pan.
Soak 15 (if you prefer mildly sweet taste otherwise you can take 18-20 dates) seedless and cut dates in 1 1/2 cup hot milk for 15 minutes.
Heat the ghee in a pan and fry finely chopped 2 tbsp dates and dry fruits. Make them little crispy and keep them aside.
Blend soaked dates and make smooth paste of it.
Add this paste in boiling milk and boil for 5-7 minutes or until it is thick.
Switch off the stove and add coconut milk. Add crispy dates and dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well.
You can serve hot or cold by garnishing with dry fruits.
