Dahi Pakodi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup besan
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 500 ml curd blended

For garnishing:

  • chili powder
  • cumin powder
  • tamarind chutney and coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix both the flour, add cooking soda, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add water into above mixture and prepare batter for pakora.
  • Deep fry the pakoras and drain them on kitchen paper.
  • Put pakoras into big bowl full of warm water. After 7-8 minutes remove from water. Press it gently and drain access water.
  • Arrange 5 pakoris in a serving plate. Pour blended curd on it , sprinkle cumin and chili powder, salt to taste and tamarind chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves.
