Mix both the flour, add cooking soda, turmeric powder and salt.
Add water into above mixture and prepare batter for pakora.
Deep fry the pakoras and drain them on kitchen paper.
Put pakoras into big bowl full of warm water. After 7-8 minutes remove from water. Press it gently and drain access water.
Arrange 5 pakoris in a serving plate. Pour blended curd on it , sprinkle cumin and chili powder, salt to taste and tamarind chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves.
