Beat the butter and brown sugar in a bowl until sugar melts and it is fluffy.
In one bowl mix dry ingredients - wheat flour, roasted besan, powdered rolled oats along with baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
Now mix the dry ingredients with butter-sugar mix until it becomes crumbly.
Knead the cookie dough with 2-3 spoonful of milk, as per requirement.
Rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Until then preheat the oven at 180` C and grease the baking tray.
Now roll the cookies in desired shape and top with dry cranberries.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes and voila!
Let them cool and they are ready to serve.
