Spicy corn Recipe
Spicy corn is made out of boiled and crushed corn kernels by adding spicy green chillies.

- 2 Corn Cob Pressure cooked or boiled in salt water.
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 red dry chillies
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 2-3 spicy green chillies
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp sugar *optional*
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sev an Indian snack consisting of long, thin strands of gram flour, deep-fried and spiced
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
Remove corn kernels from boiled cobs.
Crush half corn kernels and Keep other half corns as whole kernels.
Heat the oil in a pan Add dry chillies, curry leaves and pinch of asafoetida.
Now add green chilli and ginger paste and saute for few seconds.
Add crushed and whole corn kernels, sugar and salt and mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Switch off the stove add 1 tbsp sev and lemon juice, mix well.
Take spicy corn in serving bowl and garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
