Sesame cashew Bar

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
  • 15 cashew nuts Soaked over night
  • 1 tbsp organic jaggery

Instructions
 

  • Roast sesame seeds in a pan at medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once it is cool down mix it with soaked and drained cashew nuts and grind them together.
  • Now take this mixture in a bowl, add jaggery and mix well.
  • Give a shape (round/ ball /square bar) to this mixture as per your choice. Your healthy nutritious bar is ready to eat.
