  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 banana
  • 25 gm cooked quinoa (optional) Cooked quinoa give good texture and taste to smoothie
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • Mix all the ingredients together and blend well. your smoothie is ready to serve.
