Nutri Spinach Apple Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bunches spinach
  • 2 apples small
  • 2 potatoes small
  • 25 gm curd cheese or any processed cheese
  • 1/2 teacup yogurt
  • salt and pepper as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook spinach in a covered pan without extra water for about 6 minutes until it is just soft. Chop it roughly.
  • Boil the potatoes until they are soft (Cauliflower,lightly cooked and divided into florets can be substituted for the potatoes.) Drain them, peel and cut into cubes.
  • Leave to cool and mix with spinach and apple cubes.
  • Blend the curd cheese with yogurt. Add salt and pepper as per taste and turn dressing into salad.
