Pressure cook raw banana with peels.
Once cooled remove the skin, take it in one bowl and mesh it.
Now add cooked, dry Barnyard millet into meshed banana.
Add chopped onion, grated Carrot and beetroot into the bowl.
Now add all the dry masalas namely, red chilly powder, dry mango powder, kitchen king masala and salt to taste.
Mix all together well that we can make cutlet shape out of the mixture.
Mold it in your desired shape.
Take a pan and once the pan is hot enough shallow fry the cutlets.
