Raw Banana Millet Cutlet

Here we're making cutlets by combining raw bananas and barnyard along with veggies which makes it protein and nutrient rich.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium Size Boiled Raw Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Barnyard Millet
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Beetroot
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp dry mango powder
  • ½ Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Peanuts Half crushed
  • 1/4 Cup corriander leaves Finely Chopped
  • 2-3 Tsp Oil/butter

Instructions
 

  • Pressure cook raw banana with peels.
  • Once cooled remove the skin, take it in one bowl and mesh it.
  • Now add cooked, dry Barnyard millet into meshed banana.
  • Add chopped onion, grated Carrot and beetroot into the bowl.
  • Now add all the dry masalas namely, red chilly powder, dry mango powder, kitchen king masala and salt to taste.
  • Mix all together well that we can make cutlet shape out of the mixture.
  • Mold it in your desired shape.
  • Take a pan and once the pan is hot enough shallow fry the cutlets.
  • Even you can air fry the raw banana millet Cutlets and trust me its mouth-watering, Serve hot with green leaves chutney (recipe will be updated soon.)
