Instructions
First trim the end of the okra. Cut washed and wiped okra (bhindi) into half from the center. Now cut it lengthwise from center like a strip, again cut this strip into 2 thin strips.
That is how you have to cut thin strip like okra for this crisp recipe.
Heat the oil in frying pan. Put half of the Bhindi strips into oil and fry them until it is crispy on medium and in between sometimes on high flame.
Drain them on kitchen towel. Fry other half of the Okra.Let them cool.
Cut Tomato and cucumber slices.
Take fried Okra in a serving bowl. Add chat masala, chilli powder (If you don't want to use red chilli powder You can add 2-3 finely chopped fried chillies and black pepper powder as per yous taste requirement.) and salt to taste.
Mix Well. Put This bowl on big serving plate and arrange tomato and cucumber slices around the bowl.
