- 1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
- 15 cashew nuts Soaked over night
- 1 tbsp organic jaggery
Roast sesame seeds in a pan at medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Once it is cool down mix it with soaked and drained cashew nuts and grind them together.
Now take this mixture in a bowl, add jaggery and mix well.
Give a shape (round/ ball /square bar) to this mixture as per your choice. Your healthy nutritious bar is ready to eat.
