Instructions
Chop the spinach and onion finely add garlic cloves and 5 cups of water and cook.
Heat butter in a small pan add plain flour stir it until its little brown. Add it in cooked spinach mixture.
When spinach is soft liquidize the mixture and strain it.
Add salt and Boil the soup for 5 minutes.
Add pepper.
Serve it hot in a bowl with pouring fresh cream on it.
