Take gram flour in a bowl, add salt to taste add 1/2 tsp oil and mix well. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add few mustard seeds once it crackled add ajwain leaves, chilly and water. Add salt and turmeric powder, cook them until leaves are tender.
Sprinkle gram flour which was kept aside. Mix well and cover the lid for 2-3 minutes. When flour is cooked well switch off the stove. Add lemon juice and mix.
