Wholewheat Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wholewheat flour
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ghee/butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take jaggery in one bowl, add water into it.Beat together until jaggery melted.
  • Take one cup of wholewheat flour. Pour jaggery water into the flour, stirring constantlyand mixing in the flour until you have a smooth better. You can blend them together for few seconds.
  • Let the better stand for half an hour. Beat it before making pancakes.
  • Heat the ghee/butter about 1 tsp(5 ml)in a frying pan. Pour in 2 tbsp of batter spreads out evenly into a circle. Once one side cooked turn it and cook other side of it.
