Ingredients
  

  • 5-7 spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Half avocado
  • 4 granules walnut soaked
  • 4 almonds soaked
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp flex seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together and your green smoothie is ready.
