Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Mix and sieve all the dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients in small quantity to the butter and sugar mixture and make the dough lightly with hand. Add milk as per requirement to make a dough.
Preheat Oven to 180 degrees And Grease the Baking Tray.
Roll small coin like cookies and make a cavity in center using your finger.
Fill in the cavity with Jam using piping bag.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 180 degrees till light pink in color.

Let them cool on the tray and then store in airtight container. Makes 20-22 cookies of coin size.
